Paul Hess
President and Founder
As President and founder of ITG America, Paul Hess has set the bar high. His vision for the company since inception is to provide the finest and most intelligent total education-management solution in the World.
Under Paul's leadership, ITG America is clearly differentiated by its unparalleled product offerings, a commitment to exemplary service, and ongoing innovation.

With a degree in economics from Bowdoin College, Paul is a seasoned entrepreneur. His background includes extensive experience providing marketing and financial advisory services to innovative growth-stage companies and executives. Prior to founding ITG America, he most recently built a highly-successful private advisory practice that was annually recognized in the exclusive "America's Best Financial Planners" rankings by the Consumers Research Council in Washington DC. Paul is also very active in local education and youth sports in his hometown of Braintree, Massachusetts.
Beginning with his first summer job as a city park director while in college, Paul’s greatest personal interest has always been in helping our youth find their way to becoming better people. Leading ITG America is the culmination of his business and personal experiences helping others.
Jordan Belknap
Chief Technology Officer
Jordan comes over to ITG America from Cisco Systems – one of the world’s largest technology and systems-integration companies – where he was responsible for the design, development, and delivery of on-demand business collaboration applications. At ITG America, Jordan is responsible for the coordination and special customization of EduWave for large-scale use for school systems in the US and other parts of the world. He is responsible for building deployment, training and service teams, while also overseeing all aspects of technical operations.
A talented software engineer, Mr. Belknap has many years of experience managing development teams that have successfully delivered leading-edge Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications. Jordan has developed web-based email, calendaring and scheduling, database, and document-management solutions that have been delivered in multiple languages to a user base numbering in the hundreds of thousands. He has worn many hats, including as lead engineer for the design team in the creation of the NASA report repository for the Columbia Space Shuttle accident, and is fully versed in all aspects of the software development life-cycle plus delivery of web-based software solutions.
Jordan graduated with High Honors from Bowdoin College with a double major in economics and physics. He is also an energetic sports and outdoor enthusiast.
Darryl Mikami
Chief Financial Officer
Darryl has joined ITG America with broad experience in the Financial Services Industry, most recently as Managing Director for BlackRock Funds owned by Merrill Lynch, where he led a diverse team responsible for product management and communications for a wide range of large institutional investment portfolios. His prior experience included highly successful ten-year stints at Fidelity Investments and Putnam Investments, both as a Managing Director and Vice President. Darryl has broad experience in managing teams running both US and international investment portfolios and he is also a veteran financial analyst and business manager.
Darryl's responsibility with ITG America will be in the critical areas of finance and business development, both internally and for our growing client base. His expertise in international finance and worldwide marketing will help us focus on bringing EduWave solutions to school systems in the US and all over the World.
Mr. Mikami is a High Honors graduate of Harvard University, with a Masters in Management and Finance from MIT's Sloan School of Management. As President of The Harvard Club of Quincy, a Braintree Town Meeting Member and as Endowment Manager for the Bethany Congregational Church, Darryl is very active in local and college affairs. He enjoys family activities, world travel, and is an avid golfer.
