ITG America Services
Successful implementation of EduWave requires a complete understanding of your school system, its existing education management process and the planned evolution of that process.
It's our goal to help you implement new methodologies that will transform an unmanaged environment into an easy-to-access information system where everyone at any location has 24/7 access to the information they need. Our Implementation Specialists will work closely with school administrators to bring years of disparate processes and legacy data sets into a unified, organized, and easily accessible system.
Implementing EduWave requires tight collaboration between ITG America Specialists and your implementation team. We engage your people throughout the implementation process to discuss and brainstorm best practices, workflow, and organizational standards to ensure the optimal EduWave implementation. And when we're done, we train your people how to self-administer and maintain the system.
The entire implementation includes up to these four overall stages:
- Pre-implementation planning
- On-site implementation
- Data migration
- QC/QA testing and launch
